The celebration of modern and classical can be seen in everything we do at Ziloufs from the décor, to our cuisine, to our cocktails as well as our music.

We have created a comfortable cosy environment, as most of our staff are a long way from home, with some modern edges to keep you relaxed yet involved in our ambience.

Start your evening off relaxing in comfort then dine in style at one of our tables before propping yourself up at the bar as you prepare yourself to dance the night away until 2am.

Our head chef, having been trained in one of Australia’s most well respected Thai restaurants The Spirit House, has the remarkable ability to marry oriental flavours in the ambitious style of Western fine-dining cuisine.

Almost everything that goes into our dishes is made in-house from the breads, to the sauces and even the ice creams. We source all our produce direct from local suppliers ensuring quality and consistency. Our dishes are made to order with the majority gluten free.

What better way to end the meal than with a good coffee. Here at Ziloufs we understand that coffee is not just about the coffee bean. Our trained baristas are trained in how to pull the perfect shot and froth the milk to an ideal creamy consistency.

With over four years formal training and over a decade of experience in some of Boston and Edinburgh’s finest cocktail establishments our head barman has the knowledge and flair to give the classics a subtle modern twist.

The combination of homemade purees and gomme syrups give explosion of taste and colour to contemporary classic recipes.

A range of happy hour cocktails lasting until 10pm allows those on a budget to sample cocktails as they should be made, while spirit upgrades to barmen’s favourites such as Old Fashioneds and Treacles are also included for those with a discerning pallet…
