Customer service needs MAJOR improvements. Your staff are rude, abrupt and ignorant. Many customers are left to their own devices when needing service downstairs in the corner room.
The food needs to be less salty and all dishes need to either arrive together or in close time of each other. It makes no sense to bring out rice dish (which gets cold quickly) then bring out the chicken 5-10 minutes later.
Staff also need to understand that speaking in their language about customers is damn well rude!
Also the overcharging is a big deal for many people I know have been here.
