Four of us went for dinner on Saturday evening. The food generally was good but the service was not. One main course served was not what was ordered and the scallops were very salty. We asked and were charged for double espressos when they quite clearly were singles and my liquor coffee was more like a latte.

We like to take our time over dinner but even so the service was very slow despite the restaurant not being busy, so much so that eventually my husband went to the bar to order our drinks only to be told that the bar was closed despite a number of people sitting there drinking!

When the bill finally arrived a charge had been automatically added for service. We decided not to pay the service charge and my husband explained why to the manager, who said that we obviously did not eat in restaurants very often. When my husband explained that actually we do, the manager replied "I find that hard to believe" and barred us from the restaurant!

If you want to try this restaurant perhaps you should not delay as with poor service and bad attitude it may not be around for long!
