On Saturday the 6th of February i visited Buddha bar for a friends birthday party and felt completely let down by the whole situation at your establishment. Firstly, not only were we told to wait for 20 minutes before any space became free, but we were then told that there was not even a small table designated to us (as we were assured there would be when we called to book it).
To top the night off (which we left very earlier and moved elsewhere), when at the bar (NOT sitting down ordering from the waitress) and ordering 2 beers i found that the barman had charged me a service charge!!!! Now am i right in thinking that not to get this we had to go and get the beers ourselves from the fridge????????? For a £4.50 "cheapest in there" beer, the barman asked me for an extra £1.50 to take the top off it!!! It was this moment we decided to leave and forget about the party at Buddha Bar, and left for another establishment.
Jeez what a let down, we didn't even go for the food....
