I never write reviews but Jaflong has become my favourite restaurant of all time. Id recommend the chicken jalfrezi as its spicy but not uncomfortably spicy like other restaurants along the parade. Service and quality of food is always consistant. Definitely returning soon.

I ordered from jaflong today hoping to have a good Friday dinner. But I was totally disappointed. The chicken biriyani which I ordered turned out to be very oily. It was not tasty either.. I don't think I ll order from this restaurant again.

I went to the trouble to set up an account just now, so I could rave about Jaflong. The service was exquisite, the food of a very high quality and outstanding value for money, and extremely tasty. The wine was reasonably priced. Definitely try this place, I know I will be back again and again!

I wouldn't normally bother to write a review but I had such a fantastic meal at Jaflong, I felt I should recommend it!
Really friendly service and I had one of the best Indian meals I've had in a long time.
I had the Murgh garlic chilli masala, it arrived with a large red scotch bonnet on the top and the waiter joked that I mustn't bite it! It was just the right amount of spice, it didn't burn your mouth and make it impossible to actually enjoy the lovely flavour of the food. Not too oily, in fact it was perfect!
There's plenty of Indian restaurants along Lordship Lane..I'd go back to this one again and again!

Jaflong is frankly fantastic. It is a well positioned curry house on Lordship Lane East Dulwich and having tried many of the other curry houses on Lordship Lane, I would definitely say that Jaflong is probably the best on the lane. The food isn't greasy at all like some Indians and the wide variety of spices and flavours are something very unique about Jaflong. The service is also of the highest class and best of all, it is a very reasonable price.

This is an excellent curry house, one of the best I have ever been to and has become our regular. The old favourites such as Madras are cooked to perfection with excellent flavour, and for those looking for something different there are some really interesting tasting curries on the specials menu including my recommendation of "Shatkora" which has an interesting lime tasting vegetable in it. Also their own recipe "Jaflong Sauce" is to die for (comes out with poppadoms). This is all topped off with good prices and excellent service.
