Miyajima

The food is fresh and excellent. The decor is atmospheric. Prices are reasonable / slightly on the high side. I've been a few times now, but I won't be coming back.

The reason is the manager. He's rude, arrogant, and unpleasant. Rather than simply being bored and inattentive, he's actively hostile and seems to get a sense of satisfaction from making customers uncomfortable.

We can all tolerate slightly sub-par service, but this guy is on another level. Unless you want to be treated like you're nothing more than a large inconvenience in this guy's day, avoid this place.
