If you check the usual restaurant review sites, you will, like me see a split v.good/v. bad. I didn't want to you to be disappointed so decided to check it out for myself.
My friend and I went on a Friday night and were very reassured. We arrived at 730 and it was quiet. Was that a bad sign? Not at all. The manager had the time to talk with us in his native French and the restaurant steadily filled up.

Le Bouchon Bordelais is a French restaurant serving popular French cuisine as well as a large selection of French wines. Catering for private parties of up to 30 guests is available upon request. Seating on the terrace is provided. They also have a bar on the premises called Le Bar de Magis. Crï¾che facilities are available.
