Wouldn't eat here again if you paid me. Which is a pity as their peppers stuffed with black pudding are,  like some of their other tapas, perfectly acceptable.

The problem comes with the service.Even for a busy Friday night it was incredibly slow. Then comes the problem with the bill. It is heavily stacked with items unordered or undelivered. When this is questioned by a female member of our party the bill is very, very aggressively snatched out of her hand not once, but twice. This apparently, when a female member of staff is quizzed, is the shift manager acting in his usual manner.

Wonderful location, unfortunately due to inefficient and poor staff training, we waited 20mins before we where acknowledged. The hygienic state of the establishment was less than desirable; sticky tables, dirty crockery, and chipped plates. We had to have our glass ware returned for clean ones, not once but three times.
Ordered the cold meats and cheese platter with drinks, by the time our platter arrived, we had finished our drinks; it took at least 45mins from our drinks arriving till we were served. If the restaurant was busy and our order actually required cooking or any prep work then maybe I could understand the delay.
This is a management problem and it should be rectified as soon and possible.
