Big Moe's Diner

Oh my gosh, I have fallen in love! This place is awesome. My friends & I discovered this place by accident, we went to the cinema and discovered big moes close by. I had a burger and a milkshake, my friend had sweet potatoe fries and got full on the starters!!! And my brother had the ribs, AMAZING.

Went to this place last week. Lucky i didn't read these reviews as i would have never gone. you guys gave them a read hard time LOL!! but seriously i really enjoyed it! i got what you expect from a great looking place like this.... nice waitress, polite and attentive, good food (LOVED THE RIBS!!!) and good atmosphere.
the place is great as it really reminds me of the Diners in the states but thankfully this one was a lot cleaner. the music was great and food awesome...... pity i had to travel all the way to east london to get the experience (i live in Harrow!) will definitely be going again!

I read these reviews before I was invited by a friend for a meal at big Moes and worked hard to convince to go elsewhere but my arm was twisted and off i went. Lucky for me I did as I had a fantastic time. Not too sure what the complaints by other reviewers were about. The food was fantastic burgers out of this world!) and the service was polite and attentative. I trained as a chef and could instantly tell the food was neither old or came 'out of a bag' the other review said. In fact by burger seemed to be hand pressed, something the manager confirmed. Although I don t usually ask for tap water at a Resturant (as I have a nice tap that I use at home) I did ask and lo and behold I was given tap water! The decor was great and a refeshing approach to casual dining. Will definatly be going again and I think I'll try the steak. Only catch is I live quiet far away so may take me a while to head down to that part of london. Thumbs up from me!!

Don't bother!! Terrible food and service and agree with the user below about the health and safety concerns if they cannot even provide minimal basics like tap water. Go else where, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

I recently dined at Big Moe’s Diner and I have to say I was very disappointed. The service was average and there seemed to be a lack of communication between staff and customer. The main issue I had when dinning with my party was that they don’t provide drinking tap water at ALL! When asked to have a glass of tap water we were told that they don’t provide it for health and safety reasons as it is not suitable to drink. This made us query the cleanliness of the establishment but we were told that they can wash their hands but all their food and salad comes ready packaged when delivered so they don’t need to wash it! To top it off they seem to be having this problem for a while as an individual from my table had been there 6 month prior and was told the same thing. I will not be going back there and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. One advantage was that the food did come out quickly but the cheesy burger I had was horrible and I am not surprised as everything comes pre packed and not washed.
