The Royal China Club is the premium restaurant within the group, offering a first-rate experience. While it is the smaller of the two restaurants on Baker Street, its intimate setting gives it an exclusive and elegant ambience. Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, a large aquarium containing lobsters, crabs, fish and seafood creates a focal point, while a sleek black granite bar runs along the length of the room.
The Royal China Club offers a modern interpretation of classic Chinese cuisine, and elegantly presented Dim Sum. The restaurant has an extensive wine list of over 100 bins, plus a fine wine section. A vast tea menu features a range of 40 different teas, which are stored in a traditional Chinese tea chest situated behind the bar.
The dining area seats 86 guests, while an elegant private banqueting room to the rear of the restaurant accommodates up to 22 guests.

Is there any better combination than excellent dim sum and reasonable prices? No, of course there’s not. And with all the dishes to choose from at the Royal China Club – most of them exceptional – it’s a good thing that they come off as relatively inexpensive compared to the likes of Hakkasan. Worth a trip for the lobster alone but beware – it’s always busy.
