I've never eaten here, but it didn't stop them from fraudulently debiting my account on three occasions at a cost of £100.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I have been using "Tops Pizza" for the last few months, I have always found it to be clean and the staff are always pleasant, I have also used the home delivery and have always been more than satisfied with their service. Oh the pizzas are great!

I am that person that wrote the negative review.
I stand by my review as the kitchen environment is obviously not sanitary. Hair nets should be worn by staff. Makes you wonder if they wash their hands before preparing the pizzas.
If hairs in your pizza don't bother you, bon appetit!

I was just reading the negative comment added by another person and wanted to say that I strongly disagree with his/hers opinion. Ive been ordering pizzas from Tops over 2 years and they are great !! Good value and really tasty.

I ordered a pizza from Tops over the phone. When it was delivered I picked up the first slice to find a long hair cooked into the pizza. I phoned back to complain and ask for a new one which was delivered fairly quickly. I tried to give them the old pizza back but the delivery man would not take it. Now I am stuck with two large pizza boxes - one half eaten and the other one full. Great.
I would not recommend Tops. The pizzas are cheap and cheerful but if you are looking forward to a good pizza, spend a few more quid and get one from a decent Italian in the area (there are plenty). There is a time and place for Tops and this is when you stagger out of the train station over the road at the weekend. 6 hours on and I've still got heartburn from eating their pizza. Never again.
