About: Combining the most authentic Italian pizzas, the coolest drinks and the hottest vibes, dynamic new cocktail bar and pizzeria B-SOHO is set to breathe new life into the capital’s dining scene when it opens its doors this September.

Located on buzzing Poland Street, B-SOHO will be split over two levels. The ground floor bar will serve pizzas and cocktails accompanied by live music from Tuesday to Saturday. The downstairs restaurant will offer the same menu but the focus here will be on large communal tables – the perfect way to get the party started!

Neapolitan born chef Raffaele Medaglia, who has been cooking pizza since he was 15 and whose Dubai-based artisanal pizzeria Rosso Vivo is currently the talk of the town, has been flown in to train B- SOHO’s team of chefs.

Using traditional methods handed down through the generations and ingredients sourced from Italy’s finest suppliers, pizzas will be cooked in a hand built Forno Tradizionale Napolitano brick oven for just 90 seconds at 900C, leaving the thin crust simultaneously crispy and chewy.

B-SOHO’S fine fare will be complemented by a superb cocktail list, comprising no less than 30 signature creations such as Neopolitans, grappa blended with gin, sweetened with limoncello, shaken up with fresh grapefruit and lemon and served in a coupette with a flamed grapefruit zest. Prescott’s Punch meanwhile will feature a knockout medley of tequila infused with Lady Grey tea, laced with apricot conserve, dried out with white wine and pressed apple and balanced with lemon and a cheeky hint of absinthe.
Whilst undeniably fabulous, the food and drink at B-SOHO is only part of its offering.

Live music will be spearheaded by Luca, lead singer of Eddie & the Robbers – the ever- evolving supergroup created by F1 supremo Eddie Jordan – whose career has taken him from busking in Covent Garden to performing at the Monte Carlo Grand Prix. In addition, one night a week will see B-SOHO host a spectacular karaoke night in the downstairs restaurant.
