Not only is the food top class here but so are the owner, Joseph and his staff.
The food is fresh, tasty and definitely authentic. The soft shell crab with chilli and spring onions is mouth watering and the dim sum is cooked to perfection with loads of variety.
You can also get a nice cold beer and a good range of wines that go really well with the food! Or just stick to the constantly replenished chinese tea ever so refreshing!
Its a nice big airy restaurant close to Old St station and you can sit by the huge windows and watch the world go by.
After 3 visits I am now a regular and will definitely stay that way. No fuss no pretention, great service all about the food!
Yeungs City Bar & Restaurant serve a variety of Chinese and vegetarian dishes at their restaurant. Catering for private parties of up to 200 guests is available upon request on Saturday nights and they also have a disco with a late night license until 4am.
