Trishna chef Karam Sethi is behind Gymkhana, a restaurant inspired by the colonial clubs of the same name in India, where society's top brass came to socialise, drink and dine.
The interiors are a throwback to the (in)famous colonial past of India, whilst the food menu offers a strong focus on dishes from the tandoori oven, chatpatta sharing dishes and tasting menus in a convivial environment.
