This place can be hit and miss and its not exactly central but if they have jamon iberico, you're in for a treat. I have always liked the wait staff here and generally find the atmosphere great so I don't think you can really go wrong. I also liked the standard stuff (spanish tortilla, etc.) and I've lived in Spain. Look, you're in London and not Spain and that's kind of obvious in some aspects of the food but I imagine importing those things could be rather tough so I think they make the most of it. And the staff really is great.
