It is great that they do take out Pizza, however, it would be helpful if when they say collect in 20 minutes, and you do collect in 20 minutes that the pizza have not been sitting around for most of that time. Service should be helpful not confrontational. Pizzas should be hot not stone cold, quality of pizza poor and one of the orders was wrong. So - to be constructive. Please train your staff to listen to the order, train your staff in the pleasantries of customer service. Train you chefs to cook with care. A shame that the experience was poor. Hope they can find ways to improve. |

The food was as you'd expect - decent pizzas/pastas at a reasonable price. I was a bit put off by the slight canteen feel of the place - it's a bit below street level so feels dark, was boiling hot when we arrived (they later turned the air-con on/up so became fine again) and is a huge, open space. Not my favourite Pizza Express because of the interior, but the food and service were both absolutely fine. |
