Bibigo Bar and Dining serves Hansik (Korean cuisine to you and me!) in a modern setting and with flavours that have been adapted and balanced to appeal to the western palate. Head Chef is Kim Yong Hwan (who had previously worked at critically acclaimed Roka and Zuma), whilst the Bibigo founder is Hee Young Noh, a star of the Masterchef programme in Korea!
The Soho branch of Bibigo has already proven to be very popular in it's relatively unusual offering; delicate, fresh and healthy Korean cuisine, matched with wines that compliment the beautiful flavours on offer. The interior is natural and paired back, but warm, sophisticated and cosy.
