Neil Rankin is the brainchild behind this, the latest in his group of restaurants and pubs; following on from the success of his first 'Smoke House' pub in Islington, he's branching out to the west using the smoking experience he gleamed during his time at Barbecoa and Pitt Cue Co. There is an on-site butchery and smoke house (as the name suggests) so allowing all dishes to be prepared to the exacting standards that Rankin demands. Expect complex and elegant dishes with the finest of provenance.
