My boyfriend and I chose La Gaffe as the place to celebrate his birthday, and were thrilled with the result.
The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. They were efficient, smiley and very welcoming.
The overall atmosphere was relaxing (although the place was very busy for a weekday night), but this was helped by charming decor and soft lighting.
The food was absolutely delicious - I had the salmon and asparagus farfalle and it was perfect. The salmon was cut into large but fine shavings which just melted in the mouth.
I could not recommend this place more, definitely worth a visit even if you don't live locally.
