The food while a little over priced is very nice. the serving sizes are respectable and the wine generally is good value for money. You can find a good wine at most price points.

The service however, is absolutely horrible. Rude, slow, off hand and trying to avoid doing anything that looks like work. Its such a shame that there are so many wait staff they can get it so wrong. And the two times I have eaten here its been so hot that you would think putting the A/C on for 5 mins would not be a hardship.

Go someplace else, and I say that with such regret as the food is good. Eat here but remember I told you so on the service being grim!!

At first we enjoyed this restaurant. As New Yorkers and foodies we thought the atmosphere
was quaint and everyone was pleasant.
Our family really enjoyed the french onion soup and the entrees
that we wanted to stay for more and ordered desert.
Then the manager of the restaurant, a nasty man,
served us our ice cream. During this time my mother's
ice cream had melted and she asked for a new scoop.
Well the nasty manager was VERY RUDE to my sweet mother
with his sarcastic attitude. We were less than pleased
with his behavior when he made snarky remarks about the melted ice cream that we were
paying a fortune for. On our way out of the restaurant
he asked me if I enjoyed my desert and if it was melty.
Well that just put me over the edge and
I told him that he has some nerve making fun of my mother.
Instead of telling him what a dipiscable person he was to his face and that I was a
New York influencer as well as London I decided to share
my HORRIBLE experience at this restaurant and tweet about it too.
Even when I said that he should be nicer he made a snarky comment.
I have never posted a review about any restaurant in my life but this arrogant
manager made me so upset that I thought it was the best revenge.
If this post keeps one person from eating at this restaurant than writing it was well worth my time.

I booked a table for 6 over 2 months in advance still had to wait 40 mins standing in a cramped tiny bar area. The service after that was for very poor eg no info/discussion on the menue or specials.Waiter dropped a fork on to my shirt leaving a big stain no appology, one of our party asked for chips as his main course arrived and was told that the kitchen was closed??this was before we ordered our deserts??The food which we did get was fine but as we were finishing up the senior waiter removed wine from our table which was the still 3 quarters full. They then were very pushy in getting us to finish up even though they had delayed us at the beginning.Overall a very dissappointing night with service that was all the staff not at all friendly or customer orintated

Myself and my husband ate here on Thurs 11th June and loved it. The staff were all very nice and professional and spoke French (which was nice to hear). The food was excellent and well presented and the restaurant is very quaint and comfortable with a cool buzzy atmosphere. The waiters knew the ingredients and how the food was cooked, and were more than happy to alter items on the menu to meet your specific needs. Even though it was busy the service was very attentive. We will definately be back again.

Miserable experience, really poor food. Steer well clear. Perhaps the worst dining experience I have had in a while
