I love this place and l would suggest my freinds to have party out here.

Lovely decor and friendly waiter. We were the only 3 people eating on a Thursday lunchtime, so no atmosphere to speak of, but am sure it is lively in the evenings and at weekends. Good variety of food at reasonable prices and although 2 of the meals (grilled chicken and gammon were good), the steak and ale pie and skinny chips that I had were in fact inedible. Pie was dry with burnt crust and the chips cold. We mentioned this to two waiters and the only response we got was that they would pass our comments onto the chef. Not sure I would try again as there are so many other restaurants to try in the Ealing area, but I wish them well.

On our return visit to Freddy's bar we once again had a selection of starters with a bottle of wine. As previously the food was superb - the calamari wonderfully crispy and the lamb balls perfect! The service is spot on - friendly and efficient and always on hand.
The wine is great value and I can not recommend this enough for a local bar to pop in and have a glass of lovely wine and a great snack.

3 of us went for lunch today and all our meals were excellent! Friendly staff too. It was our first visit and we will definitely be returning.
