Hoppers (the term given to their bowl-shaped pancakes) is the name, but the Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu inspired menu goes much further. Think delicious, fluffy and flavoured rice, dosas, Kari (Tamil curry) washed down with arrack (a Sri Lankan spirit distilled from the sap of the coconut flower); the food doesn't get much more authentic than this!

Don't forget the Jiff lemon...
For a slightly different take on the humble pancake, head over to Hoppers, from the same people as Michelin-starred Trishna and Gymkhana. Made with rice and coconut milk, they're a bit like dosas, and come with veg, meat or seafood.
