Our favourite steak restaurants
Gaucho have restaurants all over London but thatís not to say that as a chain their standards are anything less than exacting. They might not have the appeal of independent restaurants and they might not be the most intimate places but they know steak and after talking to the waiters, you will too.

I have been here a few times and the food and customer service have been consistently good.

The steak and wine choice is fantastic however the staff are rude, they always make you wait in the bar area even if you have booked the table for a certain time. I suspect to get you to spend more money there.

I have eaten there a 3 times in the last six months, the food is always brilliant, although the sausage platter to share is skimpy, the last time the service was so bad that we asked for the main course to go and enjoyed it reheated at home nearby with my friends.

Go with an apetite and open mind, ask to be seated at the time to suit you.
