when I was in lanzi's restaurant I find a very good place where the food was very good...all the starter and the main course are coocked exellently specially the fish dishes...pizza was very nice as well...
I think the chef is the most professional around belsize Park...

Whilst the food is sometimes very good, the service is appaling and the customer service skills of both the manager and the head chef leave a lot to be desired. Our startes took over an hour to arrive, the main courses didnt appear until a further 45 minutes and were all bought up seperately at 10 minute intervals. There was also discrepancies with the food, i.e wrong side orders and steak cooked wrongly. However, the most worrying element of the whole evening was the attitude of the staff when we complained about the meal. The manageress told one of our party to "f**k off" after hearing his valid complaints whilst the chef was very threateninng and called our party "pieces of s**t."
