Frantoio

The best Italian in town. Every time I am in London I just have to go there. Whether it's pasta or fish - the mains are tasty and very original Italian and you can taste its been cooked with love. And the choice of wine is always perfect.

I have been using this restaurant since it was Leonardo's[so a long time],the staff are efficient and welcoming,the food can be a bit hit and miss as on occasions the pasta and game dishes were over cooked and the veg under cooked,the atmosphere and staff are what keep the regulars going back.

Frantoio is a really enjoyable night out and a say this as not only is the food great but all the staff and the owner Bucci really entertain you throughout the meal,so much so I find myself in there about twice a week.

I have been going to this resturant for over 20 years and altho it changed hands the quality of food and service has been superb. The owner and staff are very jolly so you are also entertained.
It is typical Italian food (Italian chef) with some specials on a board that is carried to your table, You can tell the food is fresh.
All in all a very happy experience.
