Ghillies’s menu combines traditional dishes with modern European flavours, in a cosy and local setting. Only the freshest ingredients are used, everything is prepared from scratch on site and is complimented by a carefully selected wine list. The bar has a warm and friendly atmosphere, serving a comprehensive selection of beers and spirits, as well as an imaginative cocktail list.
