We entered the restaurant at approximately 4:45 and were almost the only ones in the place. We placed our order and watched the place start to fill up. Finally we began to notice that everybody else who had come in after us had been served and we still sat waiting. We had to ask three times for a glass of water and twice for our food. When a plate of food finally did come out, it was not ours. We sent it back and continued waiting. Eventually, some cold sweet and sour chicken arrived but we were starved so we ate it. Oddly enough, at around 5:00, the entire staff sat down in the dining room to have dinner. This might have been partly to blame for the delay. On top of all we went through, they overcharged us. We left after 6:00 so it took over an hour for what should have been a pretty quick dinner.

I went to SuperStar for my Karaoke party, I was nervous at first, but it turned out to be an outstanding night! The waiter that worked there was extremely nice, and joked around with us. He provided help on choosing the dishes when we needed, and he is always there to ask for help. He also gave us more discount as well (when we asked).
Although the food and drink wasnt enough to make us all very full, the Karaoke was really good. We had the 3rd floor to ourselves, and it was a typical Hong Kong Karaoke room. Apparently the room was ment to fit 40 people, but I think around 25-30 was enough.
I totally loved it there and I would recommend to go again.

We were passing in front of the restaurant looking for a place to eat when the waiter standing infront of the entrance said that they offering free soft drinks or chinese tea when you dine in. We went in, dined in and we had a pot of chinese tea & they charged me £3 for it. I am not pleased at all. Its a bit of a con.

The 'restaurant' if you can call it that is not very good. The service is rude, the food is of poor quality and arrives late. The menu is made in sch a way so you do not see extra charges that will be applied for expamle on orange paper in also ligtly orange font it says that the dish is per person, completely misleading customers. When challenged about this, the staff could do with peoples skills and some calmless as they do not know how to speak in an appropiate manner. For those who would like to dine there, I would suggest to go somewhere else, somewhere better where you dont have cockroaches in the toiler and dust evrywhere and people pushing your chair just to get trhu. Grade? -10
