Although I've always found Morocco intriguing, I've never really spent much time learning about its customs or its culture, much less its famous cuisine. So when I headed into MIMOUZA, a Moroccan restaurant on shepherd’s bush green (West London), I entered with some expectation that, the menu would consist of things like babaganoush and that certainly pita and falafel, would be involved. Ha! What kind of fool was I?! Yes, having closely aligned climates has resulted in a lot of the same ingredients being used, but the ways they are used are very different. And the result is one of the most pleasant surprises of my dining year.
Trying to read the names of most of the dishes was beyond me,
