Little Bay

What an absolute little gem of a place. We had walked past this restarant many times and decided to give it a try....I only wish we had done it sooner! The service was excellent, the decor a little different (in a good way.....think decadent Italy circa 1960 rather than dreadful checked table linen and packets of breadsticks), but without a doubt, the winner was the food. We had our doubts as before 6.30pm the starters are £1.90 and the mains are £4.40....how good can it be for that price?? Well, I can tell you, they were excellent, both in taste and quality. Homecooked, tasty, imaginative food (chips in goose fat.....enough said). We have been back four times in the last two weeks (I cannot cook at home for that price) It's a little piece of heaven....
