Soprano's

Our American friends tend to get very excited about the Lasagne which I thought tasted like Tesco finest done in the microwave and then served up. No! This is another very average restaurant on Ken High Street that doesn't bother trying sorry Guys you might get away with it with tourists but the locals are more discerning as you well know!

We spent a glorious vacation in London, and happened upon SOPRANO'S close to our hotel after inquiring about Italian food from the hotel staff. The owner was very welcoming, and the food was superb. We ate there 3 more evenings before our departure, and it was due to the LASAGNA...It was the best we have ever eaten, and we're still trying to think of ways we can get it sent to us in the states. It is all my friend has asked to have, "one more time before she passes on". Not overpowering tomato, but a creme sauce that is heavenly. Service was attentive, and restaurant had ambiance. Unfortunately for us, we have not found any lasagna in the USA that can compare to yours at Soprano's.
