I discovered this little gem towards the end of last year and absolutely love it!

They make lovely eggs benedict and their coffee is superb! It is an excellent place to go for a lazy Saturday morning breakfast with the paper as they don't try to hustle you out while you liesurely read through the paper, they just keep topping up your coffee or tea with a smile.

The service here is out of this world - very friendly without being overpowering, and the staff are obviously happy, which adds to the overall warmth of the atmosphere.

The food comes beautifully prepared, in good size portions and is delicious, and the venue is comfortable, clean, modern and tastefully understated.

I have never had a bad meal nor a bad experience at Balans. I highly recommend a visit!
