We visited on a busy Friday night. Slightly stale poppadums, inattentive service and a long, long wait for our food. We were told fresh food takes a long time but diving in we experienced watery tarka dall and unsatisfactory meal. My wife ended up using salt on her food. She never uses salt, let alone on indian food. Others experienced delays. Nice Nan though. Hence the 3 stars.

Horrendous service. Were treated as if we were not welcomed there. Food was burnt and suitable at best looked poor at worst attrocious. Waiters, at first there was one, who clearly was not interested in serving us, then a second joined who was even less interested than the first one (didnt think it possible). We were overcharged and the takeaway we'd ordered for a colleague never materialised even though they charged us. We werent asked whether we were ok all night. Place was a mess and we had to clean our own table. In one word, attrocious. WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN nor recommend it.

We come here most weekends. I eat a lot of Indian food, visit India often, this is one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten in. Mostly have vindaloo, try their phall (spicier), tindaloo (even spicier!) - very good. Tandoori murgh comes sizzling. Lovely obliging staff, always helpful/welcoming

In short they can improve on everything! .. Atrocious service on a weekday lunch...even though we were the only customers there ! Rude and arrogant waiter who sauntered up casually And when asked if it was Indian or Bangladeshi cuisine said it didn't matter! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
