Indian Diner

I chanced on the Indian Diner one evening last week whilst passing, having not been to an Indian Restaurant for a few years. Whilst the Prawn Puri was a bit disappointing with rather soggy bread base and not too many prawns, the chicken dhansak was very good and the bhindi bahji the best I can remember. I used to eat at Indian restaurants regularly at one time and this experience will encourage me to return. it got very crowded in mid evening.

My Wife and I have just had a takeaway from Indian Diner and what a let down, I had a lamb tikka massala (slightly hotter than normal) and was so disappointed with the amount of lamb, 6 small pieces,it tasted fine but the portion size was left lacking.
I phoned to complain and whilst apologetic never once offered to rectify the problem.
Sadly we wont be using them again.

This place is a gem! I really thought I had tried the best when I ate at my local curry retailer but this place rocked my world 10 out of 10! Word to the wise try the chicken madras, its to die for!!!!

One of my favourite Indian restaurants in the city. Really nice cuisine, good choice from the menu and good customer service. Really nice and friendly atmosphere inside. It's a little out the way, however have found it well worth "stumbling" upon. Would definitely go there again!
