I went to Koi with some very close people... we all ordered the same meal and just as I was finished with spinach I found that there was a dead bug in my food and worst of all it looked like a cockroach!!! Feeling quite queezy I called over the manager and showed my plate. No one bothered to try make me feel better except for saying that they will make sure it doesn't happen again. After my insistant demands that none of us pay for the food as it was the same meal and same spinach, they only cancelled my meal and we still had to pay for the rest. What a dissapointment! The worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant in my life!
