A lovely place for an informal (but traditional) night out. The Staff are friendly, very attentive and the food ir REALLY homely. We try to get there whenever we travel from the Westcountry into the West End of London. It's also Handy to the Big "H" hotel and of course Olympia.

A positive sign of quality is that it is usually full of Italians (& their families) earlier in the evening there are young children but they are always well behaved.

Start the evening with a bottle of wine, read & chose from the special's board, leave space for a deserts and finish the evening with a traditional limoncello..... You won't be disapointed (we haven't in the last 6 years we have been visiting)

A word or warning:- if you like lots of space this is not the place for you, but if you enjoy the authenticity then you may just find us in there.

This is a very dissapointing italian restaurant, more like a cafe but with restaurant prices. The decor is very tired and the staff look like they would prefer to be somewhere else.I ordered antipasti to start with, which was made in the bar area and not the kitchen. It consisted of a few pieces of meat, a hard boiled egg, a gherkin and was finished with salad cream. My husbands snails were better. We were given 1 bread roll to share. The main course of spaghetti bolognaise was not appetising at all.The spaghetti was overcooked, the meat sauce bland. We were offered no parmesan cheese.I ordered a dessert with baileys and ice cream.I was given 1 small scoop of ice cream and a largeglass of Baileys.
