La Genova

We have been going to La Genova for more than 37 years, it is still our favourite Italian restaurant,and has provided us with many happy anniversary and birthday clelebrations. Wonderful food, excellent friendly service, a must to visit when in London.

La Genova is absolutely fantastic, I visit each time I stay in london.. The food is fantastic, staff great too.. and it isn't a bank breaker either, around £75 a head. Not in any way pretentious yet retains the trappings of excellence.. You'll feel like they opened just for you!

As good as it gets in my opinion! Outstanding food with good old fashioned service.

Traditional in all the best ways but bright and atmospheric.Long lazy lunch is a delight!

This has to be one of the best and friendliest family owned Italian restaurants in the capital. My wife and I have visited several times. I recently celebrated my birthday there even though we live nearly 200 miles away. Whenever I'm in London we always try to visit. The food and wine are simply superb, the surroundings convivial and impeccably clean and the staff are always there to please. If you get chance try it (only a stones throw from Marks & Spencer (Oxford Streeet) and open at lunchtime as well. A *********
