In Willesden Green for the weekend & looking for a place to eat that was different to the usual takeaway offerings available locally. My partner & I had an excellent 3 course meal with wine. He had the chicken & foi gras parfait & I had seared scallops. The main courses of steak & pheasant were excellent & went very well with the bottle of Pinot Grigio we chose. Desert was poached pears for him & cheese board for me-plenty of cheese!The staff were very helpful & knowledgeble about the menu. Good sized portions & able to ask for extra items if needed. Menu is well thought out. Enjoy!!

The Queensbury is a new pub and dining room on Walm Lane, just opposite Willesden Green tube station. The pub, which used to be The Green, has been extensively refurbished both inside and out, and now offers a wide selection of drinks, as well as bar snack, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch menus from head chef Ben Bishop, served in comfortable, stylish surroundings.
The focus is on British pub food using seasonal produce, organic where possible and sourced locally. Bar snacks, such as Welsh rarebit or a pint of prawns available, as well as a daily changing à la carte menu, which might include ham hock terrine with toast and chutney; beef and Stilton pie with mash, purple sprouting broccoli and gravy; roast organic salmon with new potatoes, peas, baby spinach and herb dressing; coconut rice pudding.
