I've always liked Element, but had a very unpleasant experience recently that's put me off going there ever again. I booked an area of the bar for my birthday party. A week later, when everything was confirmed and I was about to send the invitation to all my friends, I received a call from the manager saying they would have to move my party to a smaller area, in order to accommodate a bigger group. The fact that I wasn't happy with the other area and that the booking had been confirmed didn't matter to them - they were happy to cancel my booking to make more money with the other group. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Never going back there again.
