Restaurant Andaman by Dieter Mueller

In the last few years St James’s has become one of the most fashionable areas of London in which to dine. This reputation is now enhanced by the arrival of the Marco Polo/Explorations/Oasis restaurant, particularly with the addition of Dieter Muller, the triple Michelin-starred chef who has designed a superb menu. Dieter Muller has recently been named one of the 100 most distinguished chefs in the world, and under his direction guests will be able to go on a voyage of exploration – of the variety of culinary traditions and tastes on the route followed by the explorer Marco Polo, from Venice to China. Thanks to Dieter Muller and his team, St James’s is now a culinary landmark in itself!
