Panda Leaf

We found the panda leaf very very nice. The food was very tasty and freshly made. The staff was very good too. They were friendly, fast and attentious. They even made us some food, although we came by very late as foreign travellers. We can recommend to go there. We had a tasteful vegetarian Masaman Curry and a rice dish with grilled prawn. The Menu is rich and well sorted (you can choose some meal with vegetable, chicken, beef, prawn fish or ...). The Interieur was exciting and me liked the light bulbs very much. Hope to see London and the Panda Leaf again. Best wishes from Germany!

Desperate for thai cuisine, my friends and I stumbled to what seems like a nice and cosy Thai restaurant in crouch end. First disappointment came about by meagre reception followed by inattentive- order taking and when terrible food (cooked in a very stale oil) landed on our table. If that was not enough we were then given deceptive bill that fails to itemise food nor drinks with a ripping off intent. Well you would have thought this was the end of this catastrophic night….but no no …one of the waitresses decided to raise her voice sneeringly at us in what seemed Thai language.

I visited this restaurant with a few friends during the day, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I have various allergies (thankfully not nuts, although this could be a concern for those who have a peanut allergy) however, that said, they were more than accommodating and cooked dishes for me seperately to those that were ordered by my friends.
