Good dim sum is available in the heart of Chinatown, and The London Jade Gardens' A La Carte menu is extensive. Decor is authentic Chinese as is the service. Catering for private parties of up to 60 guests is available upon request.

I have eaten dim sum at many restaurants in the UK and the Far East. This is the one I always go back to. The dim sum is very tasty, always freshly prepared and there is a fantastic choice. The staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is great. We'll placed for watching the world go by as you eat. Gave it 9 as I prefer the Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur where there is live traditional Chinese music. Visit for lunch, you will not be disappointed.

The staff is the rudest I have ever seen. They mixed all our dishes, took away our plates as we were not finished and never apologised for this. The food is all right, but they are so impolite that I will never return. On top of that, food is really expensive.

My boyfriend and I always eat at this restaurant. I don't think they are intentionally being rude. The mixing of the dishes is a Chinese/Asian culture. And them collecting the dishes is the same thing, it's just to do with Chinese/Asian culture and traditions. I am Thai-Chinese and this is the norm for me, seeing them clear the table in this manner. Sorry you didn't like this place! But just thought I'd say, so you didn't think it was a personal thing. It's just their culture :)

It is a restaurant packed with Chinese people, since they serve a wide range of traditional Chinese dishes. When it is very packed and busy the food can be rather greasy, but other than that the service are top notch.

I have been here quite a lot of times, and felt that the waitresses/waiters are polite and courteous. Loved the mango pudding too! And recently seen quite a few tourists, local Londoners and busines people choosing to dine here too, so must be good overall.
