the pizzas are all homemade along with the ravioli and gnocchi. i have visited this restaurant a few times and i have never left without a smile. the food here is excellent and it has lovely wines to wash it all down. the service is also great, the staff have welcomed me and made me feel at home. this is an atmosphere i'd love to be in. again.

Whilst the food was ok, and the waitress was friendly enough, the meal was ruined by the fact that the chef decided pick an argument with my partner and I. We ordered starters and mains, usually in Italian restaurants you get a basket of bread with olive oil, so we requested this when it didn't arrive with the starter. When it arrived it was two bits of bread with a little slab of butter. We thought ah well and got on with the meal. When the bill arrived, we had been charged £5 for this bread portion. We questioned it, and the chef came marching out accusing us of causing disruption, that it was homemade bread and we should be grateful. My partner tried to calm him down but instead he threatened us saying 'I'm sure we could take this outside'. Mad behaviour. The waitress discreetly removed the bread from the bill and we left without further ado. Needless to say we won't be going back!

Good value for money for a £4.95 you can eat a pizza or pasta during lunch hours - a bargain!
