Part of the chain.... I've tried this place once and it didn't compare to the other venues.
The food turned up after what seemed like forever. The waitress wasn't interested. We had ordered our dessert with our main so that we didn't have to wait too long... however... we got given back the desssert menu and were left for another 20 minutes. We chased up the waitress who casually said, "it's coming, I've remembered." She hadn't.
Even paying for the bill myself and two other tables got up and went to the tills ourselves to pay. I wouldn't go back.
Carluccio's offer a fine selection of regional Italian foods including ready made dishes and fresh bread as well as fresh wild mushrooms and truffles. There is a delicatessen and food shop on the premises.
