l went to Prezzo at 3 Wilton Road at lunch time, and l the lady that served me and my brother to be very rude, l could not belive how to spoke to me, me and my brother was shocked. We have not being there since there, Pizza Express round the corner are nicer.

I visited Prezzo on my way out of town with a friend. This was probably the worst experience I have had of a restaurant for a while. The staff were very rude, and were more interested in getting us in and out of the door than serving us. It also seemed that the staff were fighting with each other, not a great atmosphere. I feel as it has prime position next to Victoria station the service would be a little better. The food was also very under whelming, and tasteless and the toilets were filthy!
