Today we waited around 45 mins to get a table for 8, they ended up giving us two tables of 4 on different sides of the restaurant! We finally got a table then had to wait over 15 mins for it to be cleaned and to receive menus. Once we had ordered, only half of the table received drinks, the rest of us were waiting. When I approached a waited to inquire I was told to sit back down! They could not even tell us how long the food would be. The terrible service and long wait is not worth it for the food u get. Go to Chennai Dosa across the road - better food and better service.

Very authentic food which tastes far superior that the sort created for the western palet. In fact I would say that the food served by these types of authentic indian restaurants should replace existing sort, created for the western palet.
These types of restaurant are not big on comfort, and are more cafe like than restaurant, also the service while friendly, isn't attentive.
However given the choice between a posh indian restaurant and this more down to earth type I would choose this place every time, its always fresh & so tasty.

I suppose if I was indian, I would say its like mum mak
