With modern British flavours at the heart of our food offering, Head Chef Maggie John Lewis, (formerly of Grosvenor House, 86 Park Lane and Artisan at The Westbury), uses only the best locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to ensure that every dish shines in its own right.
The Kitchen at Stanza find it hard to choose a favourite...but signature dishes such as our mouth watering Smoked Haddock Risotto or Daube of beef with Chantenay carrots will never disappoint. And for those of you with a wicked side...the warm chocolate fudge brownie with walnuts and burnt ice-cream is absolutely a must.
The Restaurant – Semi Private Dining Area:
For those of you who prefer something a bit more secluded Stanza is also able to offer a semi private dining area for up to 38 guests. The Semi Private Dining Area is located at one end of the restaurant and is separated by curtained panels whilst still offering the uninterrupted view of the street below.
