Tai Sing has an unbelievably comprehensive menu. Some of the items on it are of an above average standard. Others are beyond incredible. First off, the spare ribs with salt and chilli is a must. Brilliantly tasty, a lot of cartiledge, and huge portions. And I really do mean huge. Next off, the soups are brilliant. The wantons are not the best quality but the flavourful soup is superb. There large range of vegetable dishes ensure a tasty treat for vegetarians, but for me two things standout on this menu.
One is the blackbean sauce, not too thick, not too watery, with a strong garlic and chilli flavour. Its hot, but not extreme. Delicious
Next up is the Ho-fun noodles. Hand pulled on site, these are simply sensational. In fact, the best I've ever tried.
Go here for a brilliant cheap, yet superb meal. One of the best chinese restaurants in London.
