I have been to Newtons on several occasions and each time with a different colleague. on each occasion i have not been disappointed. the menu has been different each time which is good as this means you can keep going and not get bored with the menu.

The staff are polite and attentive...so much so i am taking my mum there!

An inexpensive night out and good value for money.

Cheerful service, freshly prepared food and great atmosphere epitomise this friendly neighbourhood restaurant. The menu changes often with really good value daily specials, so we always find something we fancy to eat. Our favourite local where the welcome always makes us feel better. Mark

We love this local restaurant. Friendly, efficient service, great atmosphere and a warming fire. The food choice ranges from steak to fresh fish, to fantastic thai green chicken curry. And desserts are worth a visit on their own. Plum almond tart, yum! The vine list offers affordable choices too. No wonder we keep coming back. Jane+Michael

My boyfriend and I went to Newtons restaurant last Sunday. We've been there before for a drink but never actually tried the food, although we heard that Thai green curry was very famous. The restaurant was packed and not surprising it was a lovely day. We were lucky to get a table on the terrace. We were very impressed by the winelist. The selection of wines and the price range could suite for any taste or occasion. Although the restaurant was full we didn't have to wait long for our food. I had a seebass and my boyfriend had a steak, it was cooked perfectly, just funtastic! Combined with friendly and attentive service we definately want to come back! Bravo Newtons! And complements to all staff.
