We visited Planet Harrods on 22 Dec, tables full of debrie, unhelpful staff hardly any english, food took absolutely ages (hungry kids!), even then my partners was cold and sent back, mine just left a horrible taste in my mouth! tables only seat up to 4 people (we are a family of 5), nowhere to put pushchair, the list goes on!! I will not be returning and will stick to the Rainforest Cafe!! A pretty awful and very dissapointing experience all in all
