I visited this Chinese restaurant one Saturday efternoon and I have to say that, overall, I was not impressed. On the plus side, I would say that the food portions are generous and the food that I ordered was pleasant enough, given the reasonably low price. However, the customer service was dreadful and leaves a lot to be desired! They seem to cram customers in like sardines and there was little room to sit comfortably. I was not happy to have been offered a set next to the front door and there was a nasty chill every time someone either entered or left the restaurant. I was even less impressed when, after having been offered a set several minutes earlier, one of the wiateresses approached me and asked me if I did not mind moving to another seat because two other customers had just arrived and I was occupying a position that was deemed more ideal for them! Also unimpresive was the fact that not all the parts of my meal arrived at the same time; indeed there was a 10 minute gap between the arrival of the first part of the meal and the arrival of the remainder of my order. Yet I had ordered this meal as an integral whole, all to be eaten at the same time. When I complained to the manageress about this, she was unsympathetic and no apology was offered. Overall, I think that this restaurant offers a 'bargain basement cram them all in' philosophy of service which places no emphasis whatsoever on either good customer service or upon the comfort of the customer. If you want a quick, cheap meal and don't mind your plate being whisked away from you as soon as you've finished, then you are welcome to try this place. However, if you want a pleasant customer experience and eating environment, then you'll be best advised to try elsewhere.

a nice little low price take away
its hardly a mcdonalds style noodle bar, just someone got the wrong end of the chopstick. oh i'm funny.
decent food
really low price
and take away option!
ooh and really good service in shop.

Yet another McDonald's style noodle bar. Save your money and buy food that's healthy and has taste!
